Dr. Ramjee Pallela has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Atal Incubation Centre of CCMB (AIC-CCMB) in Hyderabad since June 2018. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Manager in the Grants Management Division of IKP Knowledge Park from 2014 to 2018. In this capacity, he focused on the Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG) scheme of the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC). Dr. Ramjee Pallela’s career at IKP involved fostering scientific innovation, facilitating startup grant proposals, and managing the mediation process with BIRAC.
His association with the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) began during his tenure as a Research Scientist/Project Manager at the DBT-ICGEB Centre for Advanced Bioenergy Research, ICGEB, New Delhi. Dr. Pallela holds a Ph.D. from Osmania University [CSIR-IICT as pedestal workstation], Hyderabad and Postdoctoral in South Korea from 2009 to 2012 contributed to his high-quality research background.
To transition into management roles, Dr. Pallela earned a P.G. Diploma in Patent Law from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University in 2005. He further strengthened his managerial skills with an MBA degree from Pondicherry University in 2014.
His scientific excellence is reflected in more than 40 research publications in national and international journals/books. Dr. Pallela is actively involved in advisory roles, serving on the Governing Board of ISBA and the Board of Directors for NIPER, Hyderabad.

Dr. Venu Gopala Rao Konda is a highly experienced public health professional and Professor at TRR Medical College, Hyderabad, with over 14 years of expertise in health care research, scientific writing, and management. His distinguished career spans project design and evaluation, specializing in kidney disease and diabetes mellitus protocols, as well as significant contributions to drug development processes, and the Biologic License Applications.
Dr. Konda excels in research methodologies, monitoring, and operational research and organized high-level meetings. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Medical Pharmacology and notable roles such as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor with clinical research experience. Adept at teaching MBBS students, Dr. Konda’s contributions encompass scientific publications, conference presentations, and successful collaborations with Clinical Research institute, showcasing his impactful leadership in public health initiatives.

Dedicated and accomplished medical professional with a postgraduate background in Internal Medicine from Evangelisches Hospital, Selters, Germany. Extensive experience as a Junior Resident in General Medicine at Mallareddy Medical College & Hospital, Hyderabad, India, and completion of MBBS at MNR Medical College, Sangareddy, India

Ramya Madhavaram is the Founder and CEO of R work, a Strategic Digital Marketing Company. She brings in 10 years of professional growth which include research, entrepreneurial, corporate and startup experience. She is presently also serving as an Advisory Board Member of Teach for change, a non-profit organisation. She had an honour to train over 1000 government teachers and volunteers of Teach for change, along with being a part of the strategic plan for impactful growth of the organisation.
Being a Strategic Partnership Manager at WE Hub, the first incubator in India which supports Women Entrepreneurs she has worked with close to 100 entrepreneurs. She has supported Swissnex India activities in Hyderabad, nurturing connections between education, research, and innovation sectors across Switzerland and Telangana.
She has also contributed to creating research papers in AI and Machine Learning under Dr. Phan Gang in the Department of Health Administration and Policy, George Mason University, Virginia, USA and has also worked in Medstar Hospital, Washington, USA. supporting the Informatics sector in it.
She holds a Executive Degree from IIM, Bangalore along with a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics from George Mason University, U.S.A and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy along with being trained in PYP segment of International Baccalaureate Curriculum.
